In the past few weeks, we've been focused on a fix that has been causing service delays on the Register. Your team may have seen this cause error messages, duplicate transactions, or even some slowness in loading screens or the scanner app. 

To resolve this, KlickTrack is taking a multi-step approach: 

• Version 2.3.0 includes improvements to database architecture that should resolve some of these issues.
   
• KlickTrack is focusing over the coming weeks on infrastructure changes to enhance speed, reliability, and maintain our high standards of service.

• Fix applied to prevent Customer Loyalty Points to go into the negative.
   
• Fix applied that allows redemption of loyalty points if you have the exact amount of loyalty points. 
   
• "Invoice Total” displays properly when clicking into the manifest history report.
   
• Manager permission to require manually override loyalty points on a customer profile.
   
• $0 price Vendor Samples display correctly in Fulfillment Processing view.
   
• Drawer Corrections calculating properly on the Drawer History Report.
   
• Cost Column corrected on the Manifest History Page for Outbound Manifests.

SMS/MMS Messaging

SMS/MMS Messaging is available again within KlickTrack with this 2.3.0 update!

With new 10DLC regulations in April 2021, KlickTrack temporarily suspended SMS/MMS Messaging.  We've been working diligently to come up with a compliant way to relaunch these services, and now it's ready!

Re-enable SMS/MMS Messaging

If you were already using SMS/MMS texting, this can be quickly re-enabled by signing a Liability Waiver.  This waiver commits your store to uphold all the A2P 10DLC regulations. 

To re-enable these services: 

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Re-Enable KlickTrack SMS Messaging".
2. Include in the body of your email the primary Decision Maker who will be signing the Liability Waiver.  Note: This should be the same as who signed the original Order Form. 
3. KlickTrack will send the waiver for signature. Once signed, KlickTrack will re-enable on the backend for your store.

Seamless Register Upgrades

Plan accordingly:

• If you have not done so already, please be sure to turn off auto-update on each of your iPads.
   

• Download the Register app update PRIOR to the start of your day or AFTER your shift ends to prepare for the following day. Do NOT download app updates mid-shift.
