KlickTrack 2.2.5

KlickTrack version 2.2.5 includes new optimizations and features to help streamline your business. A large part of this update was focused on the speed and availability of KlickTrack. This includes an optimized multi-region network connection with a built-in status check allowing users to view all network connections in real-time.

Connectivity Enhancements Include:

App dependency reduced, allowing the app to load faster
Status check on all registers to show users exactly what connections if any need attention
Status check is shown every time the register is started or refreshed
Added reconnect to drawer option

Optimization & Features

General Updates

SMS Campaigns are now displayed by date sent. Campaigns not yet sent are displayed at the top of the page.

Rooms and bins optimized to provide a more organized view of locations grouped by room type.

Product, brand, and strain search updated to allow real-time access to products created across your business. This helps ensure your users always have access to the most up-to-date product information.

The Inventory adjustment route optimized to double-check against recently received inventory to prevent any unwanted adjustments from being applied at the register. We also added a barcode lookup at the register so you can add a missing item even in case it does not scan.

Moving items to a room when a partial lot is not associated with a location. To use this feature click the red number represented in the top right of the edit location screen. You will be prompted to select a room to move the remaining items to.

Optimization & Features

Fulfillment Update

The workflow to add an existing customer or new customer to the KlickTrack fulfillment queue was streamlined. To use this feature, click on the blue customer icon and search for a customer. When you find the customer you are looking for, simply tap the customer. You will then be prompted with options to view customer history or add to the pre-order/in-store queue. If you select the “create a pre-order” option, the customer information will be passed to the pre-order form making it even easier to create an order. This feature is great for simple tasks like taking phone orders and it also makes it easier for shops running back-of-house fulfillment workflows.

To further enhance the fulfillment process we added more details to the fulfillment receipt making it easier for employees fulfilling the orders. We now include an order phone number, customer name, customer points, and order notes on the fulfillment receipt. The display view for the fulfillment queue was also updated to better show customer status and notes for pre-orders.

Non-fulfillment registers now offer the ability to add items to a sale from a fulfillment queue after verification and status are set to ready on any fulfillment device. The goal is to help budtenders encourage upsell on pre-orders without requiring them to reverify. Note "Fulfillment Register" in App Settings must be turned off to use this feature.

Other optimizations include allowing all bucket discount types to be removed at the register and optimized Bluetooth printing to support iOS 14 changes.

Best practice for updating to our latest version:

Logout and close the app
Go to device settings on your iPad and click the update button on the KlickTrack app.
Open the app and enjoy the latest version KlickTrack 2.2.5.
