Our newest release includes bug fixes, improvements, and new Metrc-based compliance tools for Oklahoma dispensaries.

Compliance Tools (Oklahoma only)

1. Prevention of untagged item sales

To help prevent accidental, unlawful sales, we have rolled out a new feature that gives Oklahoma dispensaries the option to turn on an app setting that displays an alert at the register each time an untagged item is added to the cart. In addition, to ensure that a legal sale isn’t blocked accidentally, dispensaries who enable this setting have the option to continue with the sale via a manager override.

💡Check out our How-To article to watch a demo of the tool in action and learn more about how sales compliance alerts can help your business stay on top of your compliance.

2. Compliance Dashboard

Our new compliance dashboard makes it easy for you to identify and resolve common Metrc errors. Designed as a companion tool to our Metrc sales compliance alerts, the compliance dashboard provides you with key information on errors, such as sales that have failed to report and unmatched package tags.

Bug Fixes

1. Non-Canna prices no longer display as $0 on the product page.

This bug fix ensures that the price of non-canna products is shown when viewing the product overview page for that item.

2. Scanner connection QR code displays in modal when a new register drawer is created.

This fix resolves the issue that prevented shops from connecting the scanner to a newly created drawer.

3. Sales will now report to Metrc consistently upon completion of a transaction.

Several bugs that were preventing the consistent submission of sales reports to Metrc have now been resolved.

3. Exit labels now display license information and THC / CBD / Terp values (Oklahoma only)

This bug fix resolves the issue of deli-style labels' inconsistent display of the dispensary license number and lab result values.

4. Inbound manifests will now consistently pull in newly available Inbound Manifests from Metrc (Oklahoma only)

This bug fix ensures that dispensaries can now consistently pull in newly available manifests in Metrc to KlickTrack for acceptance.
