Creating an Inbound Cannabis Manifest (CCRS)

With Washington's transition from Leaf Data Systems to CCRS, manifest requirements changed.  KlickTrack has now updated how Inbound Manifests work in KlickTrack to address those changes. 

 

Here's what's changed:

• Now you select Manifest Type (Canna vs Non-Canna) when creating a Manifest

• Updates to the required fields for Canna to match the new CCRS Manifests

• Updated vendor list as well as the ability to add a new vendor

• Ability to select whether or not you wish to utilize the same SKU for Purchase and Package

Improvements

Drawers Expire on the Next Day

Now your team can rest assured that you won't accidentally ring sales on yesterday's drawers.  In an effort to help keep your drawer history accurate, KlickTrack has added validation that if your Drawer remains open from the day prior, that Drawer is now expired. All expired Drawers must either END or be DETACHED. See more about both of these options in this video.

Collapsible Menu Bar on the KlickTrack Dashboard

Now when working in the back office, you can minimize the right-hand control panel to see more of your screen while you work. This is particularly helpful when looking at reports in your back office.  Use the  icon to collapse and expand your KlickTrack Dashboard menu.

Ability to Archive Incoming Manifests 

We've all been there - a vendor sent you an incorrect manifest or you find an error before you accept your pending manifest.  Now you can Archive these manifests directly in KlickTrack.  Please note - Manifests will not be submitted to the state unless they are in the "Accepted" status, so the purpose of archiving this manifest is to help your team keep KlickTrack records organized.

 

To Archive: Click the Red trashcan Icon & Choose "Remove".  Please note - this cannot be undone so be sure you don't need any of these details for your records.

 

 

 

Improvements

Fewer Required Details on Non-Canna Manifests 

Only relevant fields are now required for  Non-Canna manifests, speeding up your Non-Canna workflows. For instance, Delivery Details are no longer required for Pick-Up Non-Canna manifests.

Update to the newest version of the Register to get these fixes & more:

• Lots in hidden rooms can be added to Outbound manifests

  • Fix applied that allows products located in a hidden room to be searchable from the Outbound Manifest Screen.

• Discount Report updated to show Returned items as a negative value

  • The Discount Report and Master Items Sold report now display all discounts as negative totals making reconciliation easier.
