Loyalty discounts are used to reward customers for their purchases. Create as many loyalty discounts as your shop wants and choose how many points are required to redeem them. Great customers deserve great discounts and KlickTrack's Loyalty Discounts provides your shop with the means to provide for those great customers.

Creating a Loyalty Discount - Percent

1. Navigate to Inventory Management on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
2. Select Discounts.
3. Select the blue plus sign +.
4. Select   Loyalty Discount.
5. Enter discount name.
6. Select Discount Type.
7. Select Percent.
8. Enter Discount Value.
9. Toggle ON to enable discount.
10. Enter points required to redeem loyalty discounts.
11. Select Save.

Creating a Loyalty Discount -  Amount

1. Navigate to Inventory Management on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
2. Select Discounts.
3. Select the blue plus sign +.
4. Select   Loyalty Discount.
5. Enter discount name.
6. Select Discount Type.
7. Select Percent.
8. Enter Discount Value.
9. Toggle ON to enable discount.
10. Enter points required to redeem loyalty discounts.
11. Select Save.

Applying a Loyalty Discount

1. Refresh the register by selecting the refresh symbol.
2. Select the People icon.
3. Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number into the search field.
4. Select the customer to add them to the sale.
5. Scan or select the product.
6. Select the customer’s icon in the upper right-hand corner.

7. Select Apply Loyalty Points.

8. Select appropriate loyalty discount.

9. Select Total Savings to view the discount applied.

10. Complete the sale.

Troubleshooting: Removing Loyalty Discounts

1. Select Total Savings at the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Select the discount to be removed.
3. Select Remove.
