Our latest release resolves several bugs related to barcode scanning that prevented dispensaries from adding certain products to a register cart. See below for more details. 

1. Additional zeroes are no longer added to certain products when scanned at the register. 

Scanner version 3.0.3 ensures that non-canna products such as lighters and rolling papers can be scanned properly so they can be added to the cart.

2. Bug Fixes for UPC and EAN barcodes.

This latest version of the scanner app includes fixes that ensure that all of the barcode types that KlickTrack supports can be easily read by the app and do not return a "No Qty" error at the register.  Going forward, you should only see a "No Qty" error if the product barcode is not found in the KlickTrack system.
