Discounts are an important part of your business. Whether it's for rewarding your customers with loyalty points for shopping at your store or rewarding someone for their service to our country, effectively and efficiently applying different discounts at the register helps to ensure repeat customers time and time again.

Applying Discounts - Loyalty Discount

1. Refresh the register by selecting the refresh symbol.
2. Select the People icon.
3. Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number into the search field.
4. Select the customer to add them to the sale.
5. Scan or select the product.
6. Select the customer’s icon in the upper right-hand corner.

7. Select Apply Loyalty Points.

8. Select appropriate loyalty discount.

9. Select Total Savings to view the discount applied.

10. Complete the sale.

Applying Discounts - Cart Discount

1. Refresh the register by selecting the refresh symbol.
2. Add a customer to the sale (if applicable).
3. Scan or select the product.
4. Select the percentage % in the upper right hand corner.

5. Select the appropriate cart discount.

6. Select Total Savings to view the discount applied.

7. Complete the sale.

Applying Discounts - Bucket Discount

1. Refresh the register by selecting the refresh symbol.
2. Add a customer to the sale (if applicable).
3. Scan or select the product.
4. Bucket discount will be automatically applied and will appear in green.

5. Select Total Savings to view the discount applied.

6. Complete the sale.

Removing Discounts - Loyalty or Cart Discounts

1. Select Total Savings at the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Select the discount to be removed.
3. Select Remove.

Removing Discounts - Bucket Discounts

1. Select the line item that has the discount applied.
2. Select Clear Bucket Discount.
