To return any items from a sale on a register device:

1. Open Control Panel (three dots icon in the top left corner)
2. Select Sales & Returns.
3. Search Transaction by Transaction Number.
4. Select Transaction.
5. Select Return.
6. Select + icon to return for applicable items
7. Select Return Item.
