The Discount History Report displays aggregate data by discount and by user. This report gives visibility in discounting trends across specific discounts and employees.  

How do I find items sold at a discount for a specific date/range?

KlickTrack's robust data reporting allows shops to easily dig into their analytics. Below are some steps to help you with finding an item(s) that were sold for a discount for a specific transaction(s).

Step 1: 

1. Click 'Discount History' 
2. Select Date Range
3. Locate 'Sale IDs' - To isolate specific discounts for analysis, sort by the column 'Discount Name.'

Step 2: Look up transactions (Sale IDs) in 'Sales and Returns' to see specific items sold with discount

1. Click 'Sales & Returns'
2. Click in Search Bar and enter 'Sale ID' from Step 1 found on 'Discount History'
3. Click Look Up #
4. Review Items Sold on discounted transaction
