Checking out employee samples at the register

Great employees deserve great rewards and distributing vendor and educational samples to your employees is a great way to reward them for their hard work. In order to complete a transaction containing educational or vendor samples, an employee's customer profile must be attached to the sale at the register. Follow the steps below to reward those great employees.


 

At the Register:

  1. Select the Person Icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Enter employee's name to locate their profile.
  3. Choose the correct profile to add to the transaction.
  4. Add vendor sample(s) to cart.
  5. Complete transaction.

 

PRO TIP: Employees can be linked to a customer account through the Employees tab of the KlickTrack Dashboard. Learn more about employee profiles and how to create them by visiting the Employees article.
