Our newest release includes bug fixes for cart discrepancies, manifests, sales reporting, and improvements to our inbound manifest process. See below for more details. 

 

Bug Fixes

1. Resolution for inventory discrepancies between the back office and register 

We have resolved the issue that caused the back office to sometimes display an incorrect remaining qty on a product's detail page.

 

Our team is currently working on identifying and correcting all affected products. Our support team will be in touch with more details in the near term future. 

 

2. Discount discrepancy resolution

In this release, we included several bug fixes related to cart discrepancies that intermittently occurred when discounts were applied. These fixes apply to bucket, cart, and item discounts

 

3. Users are blocked from creating, saving and accepting a manifest that contains active SKUs that are associated with another product

We have implemented two fixes regarding duplicate SKUs: 

• The first fix ensures that the app warns users if they are trying to associate an existing package SKU with a different product.
• The second fix prevents users from creating or accepting a product that does not have a unique purchase SKU / Metrc package tag ID.

4. Manifest accept area displays the Product Name for each line item

With this bug fix, users who access the manifest accept area can see the name of the product they are accepting in both the manifest items list view and the line item detail display.

 

5. Manifests can be created for sample products that have a cost of $0.00

We resolved the bug that prevented users from creating inbound and outbound manifests for educational and vendor samples. 

 

Users can now create and transfer products with a $0.00 cost and retail price as long as the products are associated with the Educational Sample or Vendor Sample inventory group. 

 

6. Sales can be voided without having a time limit set for the void functionality in the KlickTrack App Settings 

Users can void any sale that has taken place in the last 24 hours so long as the void functionality is toggled on in App Settings. Users who want to limit the timeframe to less than 24 hours for voids can still enter a time limit in the App Settings.

 

7. Medical fields are toggled on when viewing a medical customer's profile (WA Only)

We have corrected a display issue requiring users to toggle on the medical fields in a customer's profile to view their saved medical information. 

 

Improvements for inbound manifest manual creation (Oklahoma only)

We know that no one ever wants to bring in new inventory manually, but if the need should arise we have made the process for adding products to your manifest simpiler and easy to follow. With these updates you will be able to easily identify which field to enter your Metrc package tag ID in, and you can now duplicate the Metrc package tag ID as your register sku (aka your package SKU).
