We have implemented functionality that makes it easy to update a customer’s profile to include the correct medical patient type at the register.
▪ Medical patient-type enhancements are available on KlickTrack app versions 2.20.16 and higher

- If a customer does not have a patient type assigned to their profile, you will be alerted at the register when you click “Total.”

To assign a patient type, click the “Add Patient Type” button from the alert.

Choose the correct patient type from the selector.

If the customer is an adult, out-of-state, or short-term patient, then the alert will close upon selection.

If the customer is a caregiver, you will be driven to the customer’s profile page with the edit modal already open. From there, you can fill in the required caregiver information and proceed with the sale.

You’ve now assigned a medical patient type to your customer!
