New Feature

ACH payment method for in-store register transactions.

We are very excited to announce that we have released a beta version of our new electronic payment option (ACH) into the KlickTrack app. This new payment method will allow you to offer a quick and easy cashless payment option to your customers. Check out our how-to guide to learn if our new payment option is the right solution for your shop.

Bug Fixes

1. Sales are no longer prevented from ringing out at exact cost.

This bug fix resolves the intermittent issue where certain transactions, particularly those that included both cannabis and non-cannabis products, could not be completed due to an error in the sales calculation.

2. The data included in KlickTrack reports is no longer based on a user’s time zone.

This bug fix resolves the issue where KlickTrack reports were exporting different information depending on the time zone of the user pulling the report. Reports now will show the same information on what occurred on a given day regardless of the user's time zone.

3. Non-cannabis product sales no longer trigger compliance warnings nor appear in the Metrc compliance dashboard (OK only)

This bug fix ensures that non-cannabis products are no longer flagged with a warning when added to the register cart and that sales of non-cannabis products do not appear in the Metrc compliance dashboard.
