Inbound Manifests can be saved without encountering an app connection error

We've improved the inbound manifesting process so that inbound manifests can be created and saved without app connection errors occurring.

Bug Fix; Oklahoma Shops Only

Outbound Manifests can be saved without encountering a "One or more vendors not found" error 

We've implemented a fix for the outbound manifest issue that prevented an outbound manifest from being saved due to a vendor error. Additionally, we've resolved the issue in outbound manifests that prevented vehicle selection in the vehicle drop-down under the Delivery-Type section.

Date format pre-populates correctly on the tax forms

We've installed a fix so that the date that pre-populates on the tax form is in the correct format.
