Product Overview

KlickTrack's naming convention for products is simple, straightforward, and can be broken down into 3 parts: Brand, Inventory Type, and Strain. Creating a new product in KlickTrack will always follow this convention. Please find a few color-coordinated examples below:

Inventory Groups & Inventory Types

All the inventory that is brought into your shop can be broken into different inventory groups and inventory types. Below you'll find a complete list to assist you when you're creating new products.

Creating a new product from a new brand

From the KlickTrack Dashboard:

1. Select Products.
2. Select the blue + icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select product group.
4. Enter the brand name into the search bar.
5. Select the red + icon on the right-hand side of the screen to create the new brand.
6. Enter the brand name.
7. Toggle ON for Cannabis Brand (Toggle OFF for Non-Cannabis)
8. Select Vendor (to associate the brand with the appropriate vendor)
9. Select OK.
10. Choose Inventory Type:
11. Select OK.
12. Enter Strain Name into the search bar.
13. Select Strain.

Pre-Packaged Products Pricing

1. Toggle OFF Deli Style Unit.
2. Select Reset.
3. Select Blue Price Tag.
4. Enter all and select the applicable weights associated with the new product.
5. Select Save.
6. Enter the price of the product (tax is automatically included and this is the price your customers will pay walking out the door)
7. Select Set Total Price.
8. Select Create.

Deli-Style Product Pricing (Oklahoma Customers Only)

1. Select the red price pill in the bottom left-hand corner.
2. Enter the price of the product (tax is automatically included and this is the price your customers will pay walking out the door)
3. Select Set g Total Price.
4. Select the Price Break Threshold Bar to provide price breaks for buying larger quantities.
5. An automatic $1 price reduction is applied.
6. Select the +Tax Dollar Amount blue pill to update the price if applicable.
7. Repeat those steps for the appropriate quantity price.

Product Description

1. Click the mouse into the Product Description box to begin typing.
2. Enter in your unique product description.

Product Images

1. Select the drop image to upload or choose a file icon on the right-hand side of the screen.
2. Choose the appropriate picture to upload.
3. Select Open.
4. Repeat up to five times to upload a maximum of five images.

Review & Create

1. Review product pricing to ensure accuracy of pricing.
2. Review product description to ensure unique description.
3. Review product image(s) to ensure this product stands out.
4. Select Save.
