Discounts on products, or discounts given to customers, are an essential part of your shop's day-to-day business. Utilizing KlickTrack's different categories of discounts allows your shop to use the most effective discounts for every situation, helping to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
KlickTrack's discounts are divided into 3 different categories:
Loyalty Discounts
Loyalty discounts are used to reward customers for their purchases. Create as many loyalty discounts as your shop wants and choose how many points are required to redeem them. Great customers deserve great discounts and KlickTrack's Loyalty Discounts provides your shop with the means to provide for those great customers.
Common examples of loyalty discounts:
- Gold 250 pts 5% off.
- Platinum 500 pts 10% off.
- Diamond 750 pts 15% off.
- High Roller 1000 pts 20%.
Cart Discounts
Cart discounts provide your team with the flexibility they need to quickly apply discounts that help you to increase sales and ensure customers keep coming back for more. Cart discounts can be created to apply to the whole sales cart or to individual items. These discounts are created in the dashboard and then are available to apply at the register.
Common examples of cart discounts:
- Seniors' discount.
- Veterans' discount.
- Industry discount.
- 10% off.
Bucket Discounts
A bucket discount is used to discount a specific product, brand, or inventory type group and put them on sale. They can be scheduled to specific times of the day and/or days of the week. Select the products to be included or excluded in the bucket discount. Bucket discounts will be automatically applied to the item when they are added to the sales cart at the register. The discount’s name will appear on the item in green in the sales cart and will be automatically applied when the item is added to the sales cart.
Common examples of bucket discounts:
- Major Munchies Mondays.
- Terrific Topical Tuesdays.
- Wacky Wax Wednesdays.
- Fabulous Flower Fridays.
