On Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at 8 am KlickTrack will update the Back Office with the latest version, 2.3.5. On Tuesday, September 21, 2021, starting at 8 am the latest Register App 2.3.5 will be available to download in the Apple Store.

KlickTrack version 2.3.4  includes optimizations like visibility to Terpenoid %, THC Total %, and CBD total % on the register, as well as bug fixes for improved register and customer workflows.

Update to the newest version of the Register to get these fixes & more:

• Loyalty points stay above zero

  • Fix applied where loyalty points were deducting again on a return causing loyalty points to sometimes go into the negative.

• Loyalty points returned upon return

  • Fix applied where if any product is returned from a sale where loyalty points are used, the loyalty points will be returned.

• Queues populating correct customer profile

  • Fix applied where customer profile was loaded incorrectly.

• Round down works for all prices

  • Fix applied that ensures round down works properly for all amounts.

• Added Inventory report download populates correctly

  • Fix applied to ensure the .csv download file is populated.

• Sales totaling zero can be voided

  • Fix applied where sales totaling zero could not be voided.

• Test results entered show up on the product

  • Fix applied where test results were not showing up on the test results page.

• Timezones are reported accurately

  • Fix applied where the incorrect timezone was being applied for Quick View, Reports, and Manifest history accepted date.

• Recreational sale is not possible from a medical-only store

  • Fix applied so that a medical customer cannot be removed from a medical-only store transaction and still process.

• Tax on higher volume sales calculates correctly

  • Fix applied where tax on high volume sales was being calculated incorrectly.

• Download the Register app update PRIOR to the start of your day or AFTER your shift ends to prepare for the following day. Do NOT download app updates mid-shift.
