Sales & Returns captures each sale by sale ID number. Complete returns or voids, re-print receipts & review sale items. The Sales & Returns section displays the past approximately the last 72 hours of transactions.
Not finding the transaction you're looking for? You can always enter a transaction number in the search bar and look up older transactions if the sale is from outside the displayed timeframe.
Filter Sales by Type
- Select Sales & Returns.
- Click three horizontal bars
- Select Filter
Look Up Transactions
- Click Sales & Returns
- Enter transaction number in search bar
- Click red "Look Up Sale" if transaction is not in recent results
- Click on desired sale to open sale details
Returns Items
- Click Sales & Returns
- Search Transaction by Transaction Number
- Select Transaction
- Click ‘Return’
- Click ‘+’ icon to return for applicable items
- Click ‘Return Item’
Note: If a return is done through the backend dashboard or a device with no active drawer, the return will be applied to the original drawer the transaction was made on. This may affect the expected drawer totals for the day.
Reprint Receipt
- Click Sales & Returns
- Select Transaction or search by Transaction Number
- Open Transaction
- Click ‘Print’
