Setting Up Your Pre-Order Menu
In regard to setting up a fulfillment hub for processing those orders, I recommend taking a look at our hardware requirements for those devices to ensure they are compatible with Klicktrack and are operating on an updated operating system.

Next, to setup those fulfillment devices, you'll find a glossary of definitions for the various device roles in this article, as well as a step-by-step guide for setting those up.
Last, but certainly not least, it's time to start taking orders. This article shows you how to move an order through the fulfillment mode. It's important to note this workflow, as each step indicates both compliance taking place, as well as serving as the indicator to Klicktrack to send an SMS notification to your customer with their order status.
