KlickTrack offers the ability for shops to setup 3 different 'Pre-Order Options' from the 'Menu' tab located on your KlickTrack Dashboard. 

• 'Express' Pre-Ordering allows your customers to order from home and pick-up their purchase in-store
• 'Curbside' Pre-Ordering allows your customers to order from home and pick-up their purchase from the safety of their car.
• 'Delivery' Pre-Ordering (Not available in all states) allows customers to order from home and receive delivery

To setup 'Pre-Ordering':

1. Click 'Menus'
2. Click to select 'Pre-Order, Public Menu' - this is your KlickTrack Menu
3. Click 'Edit Menu'
4. Click green 'Edit Menu' icon
5. Toggle on the 'Pre-Ordering Options' offered to customers
6. Click 'Save'

To send notification SMS for pre-orders to customers:*

1. Toggle on 'Send SMS' switch to activate
2. Click 'Customer Notification Status'
3. Select stages of order processing progress to send notifications
4. Click 'OK' to confirm
5. Click 'Save'

How do I embed my KlickTrack menu into my website?

To embed the KlickTrack public menu on your website, add ?iframe=true to the end of the menu url. This will remove the sidebar branding and allow the menu to be embedded on a shop's website.
