Due to the increasing volumes of online ordering across the industry, we have added a new Queue Manager role. This role allows a user designated queue manager to log in to the register view from a desktop machine and create/edit customer queues. The desktop device being used must first be added and registered by a manager as a fulfillment device. Queue manager devices cannot complete sales, but can create and fulfill queues in order to expedite the flow at the registers and manage online orders. This role can be used for in-store back of the house fulfillment or call center order creation across multiple shops.
