Customer management is central to the success of your dispensary. All Customers on the KlickTrack Dashboard is the centralized location where you can find all the customers in your loyalty program. Easily search for customers by name, email, or phone. Select the customer to edit customer info, loyalty point balances, or view their purchase and loyalty point history.
Customers - Create New Customer
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the blue + icon.
- Enter the customer's info into the relevant fields.
- Select Save.
Pro Tip: Users can also enable a customer as medical, enter their medical info, ban customers, or manually enter driver's licenses info when creating new customers.
Customers - Edit Customer
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer.
- Select View Customer.
- Select the blue pencil β to edit the customer's information.
- Edit necessary fields.
- Select Save.
Customers - Merging Duplicate Customers
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer that you want the duplicate to be merged into.
- Select Set Merge Customer.
- Select Keep.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer that you want to be merged.
- Select the red bar with the listed primary customer.
- Select Merge Customers.
Customers - Deleting a Customer
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer.
- Select Delete Customer.
- Select Delete.
Customers - View Customer's Sale History
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer.
- Select View Customer.
Customers - View Customer's Loyalty Point History
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer.
- Select View Customer.
- Select Loyalty to view the log of the customer's loyalty usage and accrual.
Customers - Add / Remove Loyalty Points
- Navigate to Inventory Analytics on the KlickTrack Dashboard.
- Select All Customers.
- Select the magnifying glass πto search for the existing customer.
- Enter the customer's name, email, or phone number (minimum of 3 characters required).
- Select the necessary customer.
- Select View Customer.
- Select the blue bill π.
- Select either Add Loyalty Points or Remove Loyalty Points
- Enter Manager PIN.
- Enter number points to either add or subtract from the customer's account.
- Select Add loyalty or Remove loyalty.
