Note: Only an Admin or Manager can change a user's password.
Updating a user's password
- Select "App Users" on the dashboard.
- Select user name that needs their password updated.
- Select "Change Password".
Updating a user's PIN
- Select "App Users" on the dashboard.
- Select user name that needs their PIN updated.
- Select "Change PIN".
If the user that's locked out is the Admin and/or Manager, and no one else is available to reset the user's password, then a ticket needs to be submitted to KlickTrack Support at [email protected].
Information that must be submitted within the ticket:
- Shop name
- User name
- User email address
Once the ticket has been submitted, it will be immediately escalated to have the password reset so the affected user can access the system. As soon as that has been completed, a member of the Support Team will reach out to inform you of the change.
Note: This is the last resort! KlickTrack normally doesn't enter a customer's environment for compliance reasons.
