Updating test results

THC and CBD results can vary from batch to batch. Easily update product test results to keep your products accurate so your customers are confident in the products they buy from your shop.
From the KlickTrack Dashboard:
- Navigate to Inventory Management.
- Select Products.
- Select the Search Products search bar.
- Enter either the product's name, the brand, or barcode.
- Select the product.
- Select the barcode.
- Select the green beaker icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- Update the necessary fields.
- Select Save.
NOTE: The test barcode field is intended for the barcode or unique identifier that comes with lab results. This is an internal tracking function and open input field. This can be filled with whatever information is best for shop test result tracking.
