Enterprise operators using KlickTrack can access and manage multiple retail locations with one login. This is especially useful for owners, general managers, inventory managers & buyers that often service more than one shop at a time.

1. Create a user log-in that can be utilized across multiple shops.

To give your employees access to multiple locations, shops will need to create a new app user for each retail location that they need to access.

  • Via the KlickTrack dashboard, create a user in one of your shops and make note of the credentials (username, password, and PIN) that you set up. Admins must ensure that each app user created for the employee is identical in each location.
  • Switch locations to another shop and navigate to the "App Users" section of the KlickTrack Dash.
  • Add the user to this location using the same credentials you set up previously.
Once the user log-in is set up across multiple locations they will have the opportunity to select which location they wish to access upon logging in.

2. Switching between locations during a session.

Before you start:

To move between shops, your device must be set up as a fulfillment or back office device type. Devices set up as a register cannot move between locations to prevent incorrect location sales from occurring.

Once the user's credentials are set up across multiple shops, the user can switch from one location to another during a session by taking the following steps:

  • Open the App Controls panel
  • At the top of the panel, you will see an icon that looks like a stack of papers. Click on the icon.

  • Enter your manager PIN into the manager override modal.
  • Select the other shop you would like to switch to, and then click "OK"
