Signing up for KlickTrack SMS/MMS text messaging

Signing up for KlickTrack SMS/MMS texting service is a straightforward process that only requires a few steps. Once enabled, your shop will be able to directly and effectively target your customers with concise marketing information that is specific to their visit or purchase history.

How to sign up for SMS/MMS text messaging services: 

 

1. Email [email protected]o to start the process.

 

   Please provide the following information to get started:

 

  • Shop Location 

  • Shop Phone Number

  • Main Decision Maker at your Store: 

    • Should be the same person who signed the original order form.

  • If you used a previous texting service where customers have already opted-in, please let us know.  We will need to receive a formatted list of these customers to upload into your account. 

  • Choose which Written Consent Opt-In Work Flow for any new customers (Read more: Obtaining Written Consent from SMS/MMS customers)

  • Choose either the Default or Custom confirmation message once customers are opted-in and/or the customer authorization message (See examples in this article)

  • The estimated number of texts you will send out per day.

  • The number of SMS/MMS credits you would like to add to your account. (Read about texting credits here)

 

2. If you did not sign a Liability Waiver in the sale process, the main decision-maker on your account will need to sign a Liability Waiver that agrees to adhere to all A2P 10DLC regulations. 

 

3. Once all answers have been provided & the Liability Waiver has been confirmed, the Engineering Team will activate SMS/MMS messaging on your account.  Please allow 2 - 3 business days for completion. 

 

4. We will confirm within your support ticket once everything is complete!
