KlickTrack's all-in-one SMS/MMS texting platform allows you to stand out from the crowd by sending customizable SMS/MMS campaigns directly to your loyalty customers. These campaigns can target a wide array of customers by applying specific conditions such as when was the customer's last visit or what their last purchased product was. Effectively and efficiently send out marketing messages directly from your KlickTrack Dashboard.

 


What are texting credits?

Texting credits are required to operate KlickTrack SMS/MMS platform. These credits allow you to send messages to your customers to inform them of sales or special events at the shop. SMS campaigns utilize one credit per text sent, MMS campaigns utilize two credits per text sent.

 

How much do texting credits cost? 

KlickTrack sells texting credits in packages of 10K credits (5,000 SMS/MMS Messages). We have tiered discounts for texting bundles as follows:

 

  • 10K credits for $199 from 0 - 40K credit bundles.
  • 10K credits for $189 from 50 - 90K credit bundles. ($50 savings)
  • 10K credits for $179 for 100K - 240K credit bundles, ie - 100K credits for $1790 ($200 savings).
  • 10K credits for $169 for 250K - 490K credit bundles, ie - 250K credits for $4225 ($750 savings).
  • 10K credits for $159 for 500K credit bundles, ie - 500K credits for $7950 ($2K savings).

 

Note: SMS/MMS credits do not expire.

 

How to purchase texting credits? 

To purchase texting credits:

 

  1. Email [email protected] to submit a ticket with your Shop Name and the number of 10K credit bundles you'd like to purchase.
  2. KlickTrack Support will coordinate with Accounting to send you an invoice for these credits. 
    • Please Note: The invoice will be sent to the billing contact we have on record.
  3. Once the invoice has been paid, please allow 1 - 2 business days for the credits to be allocated to your account. These credits will appear on your SMS/MMS Account Page.
  4. KlickTrack Support will confirm within your support ticket when this process has been completed. 

 

How do I know if I have enough credits to send my campaign?

You can calculate the number of credits that will be used on your campaign by multiplying the total number of targeted loyalty customers by the number of credits used per SMS/MMS text (MMS = 2 credits per)

 

To review how many credits your shop has purchased and how many credits you have remaining, go to Dashboard > SMS/MMS Account > listed under “SMS/MMS Account Info”.


 

  • SMS/MMS Customers: Number of Loyalty customers that are eligible for texting.
  • Credits Purchased: Total credits that have been purchased in the lifetime of the account.
  • Credits Used: Total credits that have been used in the lifetime of the account.
  • Remaining Credits: Total number of credits that are remaining after your last sent SMS/MMS campaign.
