Minimum Hardware Support

 

We suggest always using the latest Apple devices. KlickTrack will run on most iOS devices, but users should note the minimum device requirements listed in this article. Running KlickTrack Applications on outdated devices may result in unwanted behavior, such as latency.

 

Note: Compatible hardware only works as well as the network to run your cloud-based business.  Read more about recommended Network Requirements

Compatible Receipt Printers:

Compatible Label Printers:

 

Label printers are recognized from the connection to the computer. Since there's no direct connection to KlickTrack, as long as it accurately connects to your computer, then it's compatible.

 

Suggested Label Printers:  Zebra ZD41022-D01M00EZ.

 

KlickTrack recommends receipt and labels printers that have a direct connection to the specific device for the best performance. This means the receipt or label printer plugs directly into the iPad or computer. Added bonus? You don't have to deal with Bluetooth connectivity issues and there's no need to plug the iPad into a charger because the printer will charge the iPad. This also simplifies the general setup of the register ecosystem.
